This year’s Lent Lunches at the United Church in Jewry Street are being held as usual from 12 noon to 1.30pm. Lunch consists of soup, bread and cheese, tea or coffee for £3.50, although additional donations are welcome. The following charities will be supported:

• Christian Aid
• Wells for India
• Nightshelter/Keystone
